Driven by a shared vision to redefine field sales efficiency.

Nicolas Christiaen co-founded Donna in 2024 alongside Jonas Deprez and Xander Berkein.
As CEO, he leads Donna's go-to-market strategy and global commercial expansion. Donna is the only proactive AI assistant that field sales teams truly crave.
Nicolas is a B2B sales person at heart: he believes deals are built on relationships, not admin. That conviction, combined with a passion for empowering frontline teams at global enterprises, is what drives Donna today.He brings more than 15 years of experience in technology and consulting.
Before Donna, he founded Cashforce, a fintech focused on liquidity management for global enterprises, and grew it as CEO from inception through a successful exit to TIS, where he went on to serve as Chief Commercial Officer.
Between ventures, Nicolas was a Venture Partner at AMAVI Capital, a pan-European investment fund focused on PropTech scale-ups. He holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Ghent University and is an alumnus of the Techstars New York Accelerator (2015).

Jonas Deprez co-founded Donna in 2024 alongside Nicolas Christiaen and Xander Berkein.
As COO, he leads product, delivery and customer success, scaling Donna's operations worldwide. Donna is the only proactive AI assistant that field sales teams truly crave.
Jonas has a deep passion for the frontline at global enterprises: the people in the field who carry the customer relationship every day. He believes their time belongs with customers, not with admin, and that conviction shapes how he builds Donna's product and customer experience today.
He brings more than 15 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in data and technology, rooted in the world of retail execution. Before Donna, he founded Daltix, a retail data intelligence company, and grew it as CEO from inception through a successful exit to Colruyt Group, one of Europe's largest retail players. In addition to his founder journey, Jonas has advised and invested in multiple technology ventures, with a strong focus on AI-driven applications and B2B SaaS. He holds Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven and General Management from Vlerick.

Xander Berkein co-founded Donna in 2024 alongside Jonas Deprez and Nicolas Christiaen. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer, he leads product development and technology strategy, ensuring Donna delivers enterprise-grade performance, security, and scale for global field sales teams.
Xander brings more than a decade of experience building high-performing engineering teams and AI-driven products. Before Donna, he was a senior engineering leader at Deliverect, where he scaled mission-critical systems used by thousands of restaurants worldwide. He has also held key technical roles in fast-growing startups like Yoboo, focusing on data infrastructure, automation, and cloud-native platforms.
Passionate about applied AI, product reliability, and engineering culture, Xander combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic approach to building technology that drives measurable business outcomes.

Donna started based on first hand observations in the field. When our co-founder Nicolas Christiaen led a sales team, he kept noticing that his best rep never seemed to drown in admin like everyone else. The secret was not talent or longer hours. It was Dana, the rep's personal assistant, who quietly picked up everything after each customer visit so the rep could keep doing what he did best: be with customers.
That stuck with Nicolas. Why should one rep get that kind of support when every rep deserves it? So we built Donna to be that person for everyone in the field. She takes initiative instead of waiting to be asked, owns the work that piles up after a visit, and hands reps back their time and attention.
Like the team that built her, Donna is direct when it matters and never loses sight of who the work is really for. Because the customer is the reason any of this exists, and the best way to earn their trust is to show up fully present, every single visit.
